Our Founders

Hello! I am Baiba Blomniece-Jurāne, PhD graduate in Science Education and a psychologist in the clinical and educational field.

In recent years, I have observed that more and more children suffer from learning difficulties that affect speech, memory, attention and logical thinking.


I launched the project Barboleta method with the aim of promoting the general development of children, ensuring maximum focus on the learning process, promoting brain development, improving children’s speech, memory, attention and logical thinking abilities.


By my side is my dad; he is a carpenter and my biggest supporter. His love for children, care for the future that is in our children’s hands, as well as his professional passion for wood and detailed work made it possible to create a balance board that is safe, comfortable and balanceable.


Together we started the journey to develop the idea of the balance board with integrated smart technology.
